You can suscribe to an internet faxing company for a small monthy fee, and if you send a lot of email faxes you can get a program that will handle the details for you. Faxing software is also available for your computer for online faxing and this might be a way to go if you send a lot of them. Sending an email fax to a company overseas is apparently a good way to send sales materials and documents. The receiver would retrieve the fax through their email program. These programs allow you to fax to multiple recipients simultaneously as well. For sending a fax that consists of multiple pages, the cost would naturally be higher.
There are laws in the United States about sending advertising materials that have not been requested, especially if they are advertisements, and apparently this falls into the category of spamming. Naturally, a company would object to their fax machine receiving endless numbers of unrequested sales brochures or other sales materials. This makes sense in the long run. The company receiving the fax has a capital outlay in the form of paper and toner, not to mention the nuisance value of receiving all that paper.
